SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the StyleIQ appointment text message program. StyleIQ is a booking and shop-management platform operated by Framework Ventures LLC, 2232 Dell Range Blvd Ste 245, Cheyenne, WY 82009.
Program name and sender
StyleIQ Appointment Notifications. Messages are sent on behalf of the barbershop or barber you book with, through the StyleIQ platform. Each message identifies the shop that sent it.
What messages you will receive
Only messages about appointments you request or book:
booking confirmations and appointment status updates
appointment reminders
changes, reschedules and cancellations
replies to messages you send to the shop
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in
When you book through a StyleIQ booking page, you may enter a mobile number. If you do, you must check a box next to this statement before you can submit:
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from [shop name] regarding your appointment (confirmations, reminders, and updates). Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
The box is never pre-checked. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking: you can book without giving a mobile number, and you will still receive booking information by email.

Message frequency varies with your bookings, typically a few messages per appointment.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Framework Ventures LLC does not charge for these messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Replying STOP stops StyleIQ appointment texts to your number from every shop on the platform. You can also email us at admin@frameworkventures.org to opt out.
To receive texts again, reply START.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf (such as our SMS provider).
