Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website and of StyleIQ, a booking and shop-management platform for barbers and barbershops, including its websites and mobile apps (the "Services"). The Services are provided by Framework Ventures LLC, 2232 Dell Range Blvd Ste 245, Cheyenne, WY 82009 ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and able to form a binding contract.
Accounts
Shop owners and staff are responsible for their account credentials and for activity under their accounts. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
Shops and clients
StyleIQ lets shops offer bookings and lets clients book with them. Appointments, services, prices, deposits, cancellation and no-show policies are set by each shop and are agreements between the client and that shop. We are not a party to those agreements and do not provide grooming services.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. When a shop requires it, your card may be authorized when you request a booking and charged according to the shop's policy. Shop subscription fees, if any, are described at sign-up and are billed in advance unless stated otherwise.
Business audits and refunds
Framework Ventures LLC also sells business audits through this website. The audit fee is the price shown on our website when you book, paid in advance by card through Stripe.
No refunds: the audit fee is non-refundable once paid, including if you miss the session or decide not to go ahead with further work.
Credit toward a package: the full audit fee is credited toward any package you book with us within 30 days of the audit.
If we cancel: if we cancel your audit and cannot offer a new time that works for you, we will refund the fee in full.
Text messages
Text messages are optional and are only about your appointments: confirmations, reminders and updates. If you agree to receive texts, our SMS Terms apply. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. You can also opt out by emailing admin@frameworkventures.org. To receive texts again, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email admin@frameworkventures.org.
AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence to suggest styles, summarize information or help handle booking requests. AI output can be inaccurate. Shops are responsible for reviewing bookings and information before relying on them.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Services, including by: breaking the law; sending spam or unsolicited messages; uploading content you do not have the right to share or that is unlawful, harmful or infringing; interfering with or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services; or scraping or reverse-engineering the Services except as permitted by law.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit, such as photos and notes. You give us permission to host, store and display it as needed to provide the Services.
Our intellectual property
The Services, including software, design and the StyleIQ name, belong to Framework Ventures LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them except to use the Services as permitted.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Services or others.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that messages will be delivered.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Framework Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Framework Ventures LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
